Finally it’s Christmas! It’s probably very few people that actually read this stuff right now and hardly some who just today can use the recipe here. But if you are missing some buns, a bit like Ă–land wheat buns, these here are absolutely perfect. I served them where people were very surprised that they actually were gluten-free!

They taste like a bun that has just come out of the oven, usually taste. Perfect!

And Merry Christmas! I keep a little Christmas baking break but will return before New Year.

How to:

Pour all the ingredients together and run on the mixer for 3-4 minutes. Set 6 rolls up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the buns 35-40 minutes. They need to be baked a little longer than you think.
