Carrot buns! They are lovely and delicious and keeps good and fresh for several days. There’s nothing more annoying than gluten-free buns which is only good right after they are baked, but already after a few hours or the next day is dry and boring. These holds up well!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Beat Psyllium husks and water for 2-3 minutes. Grate the carrots and come in. Add the remaining ingredients also and beat the dough for 3-4 minutes.
Form 4-6 buns and come on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with olive oil and bake the buns for 40-45 minutes, until they begin to darken.
